Famous bhajan singer Anuradha Paudwal joins BJP

Famous bhajan singer Anuradha Paudwal joined the BJP on Saturday. He was welcomed by BJP national general secretary and Rajasthan in-charge Arun Singh and media chief Anil Baluni. This is the same process going on in almost all parties so someone is coming from some party and someone said goodbye to another party and joined. But, there is no official announcement yet.

Meanwhile, on several occasions, Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself has praised Anuradha Paudwal in public. He also sang bhajans at the Ram temple during the inauguration in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, in January.

Anurajha Paudwal is about 70 years old. She was married in 1969 to Arun Paudwal, an assistant to SD Burman and a music composer. They have two children, a son named Aditya Paudwal and a daughter named Kavita Paudwal. In 1991, her husband died suddenly in an accident.
