अध्यक्ष पद के प्रत्याशी के लिए 25 वर्ष की प्रैक्टिस अनिवार्य: मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी, प्रत्याशियों के लिए पदवार अनुभव और पर्चा शुल्क में है भिन्नता।
Sonbhadra/Uttar Pradesh. 25 years of practice is mandatory for the candidate for the post of President of Sonbhadra Bar Association Sonbhadra for the year 2024-2025 election. Similarly, separate practice is mandatory for all posts. Papers will be available on December 10 and 11. Voting for 23 posts including President, General Secretary, Treasurer will be held on December 20 and the winning office bearers will be announced on December 21 after the counting of votes. Due to which the election campaign has intensified. Shashi Kumar Mishra Advocate, Chief Election Officer of Sonbhadra Bar Association Sonbhadra said about the election program for the year 2024-2025 that elections will be held for 23 posts including President, General Secretary, Treasurer. For this, leaflets will be distributed on 10th and 11th December, while the leaflets will be collected on 11th and 12th December. He also told that for the post of president, Jahan must have 25 years of advocacy experience, while the paper fee will be 5 thousand rupees. Similarly, for the post of Senior Vice-President with 20 years of advocacy experience and paper fee of Rs. 4 thousand, for the post of Vice-President two posts above 10 years and two posts of Vice-President with below 10 years of advocacy experience, the paper fee is Rs. 3 thousand. For the post of General Secretary, 15 years of advocacy experience and paper fee Rs.4 thousand, for the post of Treasurer, 10 years of advocacy experience and paper fee of Rs.3 thousand, 5 years of advocacy experience for Joint Minister Library, Publication, Administration and pamphlet fee will be Rs.2 thousand 500. Similarly, for 6 posts of member executive with more than 15 years of advocacy experience and paper fee of 2 thousand rupees and for 6 posts of member executive with below 15 years of advocacy experience and paper fee of 1 thousand 500 rupees. The candidate and voter will be there whose name will be in the voter list. On the other hand, the candidates for the post of president, general secretary and treasurer were contacting the advocate voters with their supporters on Saturday as well. Due to which the election agitation has intensified. The voting will be held on December 20 and the announcement of the winning office bearers along with the counting of votes will be held on December 21.

सोनभद्र/उत्तर प्रदेश। सोनभद्र बार एसोसिएशन सोनभद्र के वर्ष 2024-2025 के चुनाव के लिए अध्यक्ष पद के प्रत्याशी के लिए 25 वर्ष की प्रैक्टिस अनिवार्य है। इसी प्रकार से सभी पदों के लिए अलग-अलग प्रैक्टिस की अनिवार्यता है। जहां 10 व 11 दिसंबर को पर्चा मिलेगा। वहीं अध्यक्ष, महामंत्री, कोषाध्यक्ष समेत 23 पदों के लिए 20 दिसंबर को मतदान होगा और 21 दिसंबर को मतगणना के बाद विजयी पदाधिकारियों की घोषणा की जाएगी। जिसके चलते चुनावी सरगर्मी तेज हो गई है।
सोनभद्र बार एसोसिएशन सोनभद्र के मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी शशि कुमार मिश्र एडवोकेट ने वर्ष 2024- 2025 के चुनाव कार्यक्रम के बाबत बताया कि अध्यक्ष, महामंत्री, कोषाध्यक्ष समेत 23 पदों के लिए चुनाव कराया जाएगा। इसके लिए 10 व 11 दिसंबर को पर्चा का वितरण होगा, वहीं 11 व 12 दिसंबर को पर्चा जमा किया जाएगा। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि अध्यक्ष पद के लिए जहां 25 वर्ष का वकालत का अनुभव होना जरूरी है, वहीं पर्चा शुल्क 5 हजार रूपये लगेगा। इसी प्रकार से वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष पद के लिए 20 वर्ष का वकालत करने का अनुभव और पर्चा शुल्क 4 हजार रूपये, उपाध्यक्ष दो पद 10 वर्ष से ऊपर तथा उपाध्यक्ष दो पद 10 वर्ष से नीचे की वकालत करने का अनुभव के लिए पर्चा शुल्क 3 हजार रूपये, महामंत्री पद के लिए 15 वर्ष की वकालत करने का अनुभव और पर्चा शुल्क 4 हजार रूपये, कोषाध्यक्ष पद के लिए 10 वर्ष की वकालत का अनुभव और पर्चा शुल्क 3 हजार रूपये, संयुक्त मंत्री पुस्तकालय, प्रकाशन, प्रशासन के लिए 5 वर्ष की वकालत करने का अनुभव और पर्चा शुल्क 2 हजार 500 रूपये लगेगा।
इसी प्रकार से सदस्य कार्यकारिणी 6 पदों के लिए 15 वर्ष से ऊपर की वकालत करने का अनुभव और पर्चा शुल्क 2 हजार रूपये तथा सदस्य कार्यकारिणी 6 पदों के लिए 15 वर्ष से नीचे की वकालत करने का अनुभव और पर्चा शुल्क 1 हजार 500 रूपये लगेगा। प्रत्याशी और मतदाता वहीं होगा जिसका नाम मतदाता सूची में होगा। उधर अध्यक्ष, महामंत्री और कोषाध्यक्ष पद के प्रत्याशियों द्वारा शनिवार को भी वकील मतदाताओं से समर्थकों के साथ संपर्क किया जा रहा था। जिसकी वजह से चुनावी सरगर्मी तेज हो गई है। मतदान 20 दिसंबर को होगा और मतगणना के साथ ही विजयी पदाधिकारियों की घोषणा 21 दिसंबर को होगी।
