मुस्लिम दंपत्ति द्वारा सोसाइटी में घर खरीदने का विरोध करने वालों पर एफआईआर दर्ज करे मुरादाबाद पुलिस:शाहनवाज़ आलम

लखनऊ, 6 दिसंबर 2024. कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय सचिव शाहनवाज़ आलम ने मुरादाबाद की टीडीआई हॉउसिंग सोसाइटी में मुस्लिम परिवार द्वारा फ्लैट खरीदने का विरोध करने वालों के खिलाफ़ कार्यवाई की मांग की है।लखनऊ स्थित कांग्रेस मुख्यालय से जारी बयान में शाहनवाज़ आलम ने कहा कि टीडीआई हॉउसिंग सोसाइटी के डॉक्टर अशोक बजाज ने डॉक्टर यूनुस चौधरी और डॉक्टर इकरा को अपना फ्लैट बेचा था। जिसके बाद से ही सोसाइटी के सांप्रदायिक तत्व दंपत्ति पर धार्मिक आधार पर सोसाइटी छोड़ने का दबाव डाल रहे हैं।शाहनवाज़ आलम ने कहा कि सोसाइटी के अमित वर्मा का अखबारों में बयान छपा है कि जब तक मुस्लिम दंपत्ति सोसाइटी नहीं छोड़ देती तब तक वो धरना देते रहेंगे। वहीं एक दूसरे व्यक्ति अरविंद अग्रवाल का भी बयान छपा है कि उन्होंने स्थानीय अधिकारियों से फ्लैट की रजिस्ट्री को ख़ारिज करने की मांग की है क्योंकि वो मुस्लिम को सोसाइटी में नहीं रहने देना चाहते हैं।शाहनवाज़ आलम ने कहा कि यह बड़े आश्चर्य और शर्म की बात है कि ऐसे बयान देने वालों पर जिला प्रशासन ने अब तक मुकदमा दर्ज कर उन्हें जेल क्यों नहीं भेजा क्योंकि यह संविधान के आर्टिकल 14 से लेकर 18 तक में दिये गए समानता के अधिकार पर हमला है।शाहनवाज़ आलम ने कहा कि डीएम अनुज सिंह का यह कहना कि वो दोनों पक्षों से बात करके कोई हल निकालेंगे, संविधान विरोधी तत्वों के आगे झुकने जैसा है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस मामले में दोनों पक्षों से बात करने की ज़रूरत नहीं है बल्कि धर्म के आधार पर भेदभाव करने वाले तत्वों के खिलाफ़ एफआईआर कराकर उन्हें जेल भेजने की ज़रूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर इन सांप्रदायिक तत्वों के खिलाफ़ कार्यवाई नहीं होगी तो मुरादाबाद के डीएम और एसपी को हटाने के लिए अभियान चलाया जाएगा।Lucknow, December 6, 2024. He said that in this case there is no need to talk to both the parties but there is a need to lodge an FIR against the elements who discriminate on the basis of religion and send them to jail. He said that if action is not taken against these communal elements then a campaign will be launched to remove the Moradabad DM and SP.
