Badshah, whose songs are a staple in Indian wedding sangeets and parties, charges a whopping 1–2 crores to perform at a private wedding. Interestingly, that’s the entire wedding budget for some people!

Here’s the surprising twist, Honey Singh, the OG hip-hop rapper, often regarded as the mentor to Badshah and other early 2000s rappers, charges significantly less than his contemporary. Yo Yo Honey Singh, as he’s famously known, reportedly takes home just 70–75 lakhs for a wedding performance.

The rumours are expected to reignite the chatter about the long-standing rift between the two rappers. Both have often called out each other on social media and reality TV shows, this stark difference in their market value might add fuel to the fire.
