ओटीएस का लाभ लेने के लिए पंजीकरण कराना होगा अनिवार्य: एमडी
Bhadohi. Managing Director of Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited Shambhu Kumar said that One Time Settlement Scheme (OTS) will be implemented. In this scheme, electricity consumers of all categories will get exemption in their delayed payment rights. MD Shambhu Kumar said this while talking to journalists on Thursday at Electricity Subdivision 33/11 Center Suriyawan. He said that to take advantage of the scheme, come early and take advantage of more discount in your outstanding bills by making a lump sum payment. OTS will be implemented in three phases for consumers. This scheme will be applicable for a total of 47 days from 15 December to 31 January. The first phase of the scheme will be from 15 to 31 December for a total of 16 days, the second phase from 1 to 15 January for a total of 15 days, the third phase from 16 to 31 January for a total of 16 days. The MD said that to take advantage of the scheme, it will be mandatory for consumers to register. At the time of registration, 30 percent of the original outstanding amount of electricity bills till 30 September will have to be deposited. There will be a waiver on the surcharge of electricity bills due till September 30. Consumers will get the option of paying in lump sum as well as in installments. Consumers will get the maximum discount on their surcharge on making lump sum payment of their delayed bills in the first phase of the scheme till December 31. He said that domestic consumers up to one kilowatt load will get the benefit of 100 percent discount on their surcharge on making lump sum payment of delayed bills in the first phase of the scheme. Registrations are being done from March 7, 2024 for farmers to avail the benefit of discount in late payment surcharge of their outstanding electricity bills till March 31, 2023 in their private tube wells. Those who will continue to get the benefit of this discount. All types of consumers can register for the scheme through their nearest departmental section, sub-division office, cash counter, public service center or by logging on to the departmental website. On this occasion, Superintending Engineer Radheshyam, former MLA Ravindra Nath Tripathi, Nagar Panchayat President Vinay Chaurasia, Executive Engineer Ram Bhuvan Sharma, Sub-Divisional Officer Rajesh Jaiswal, Junior Engineer Abhishek Prajapati, Executive Officer Sujit Kumar and a large number of people were present.

भदोही। पूर्वांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम लिमिटेड के प्रबंध निदेशक शंभू कुमार ने कहा कि एकमुश्त समाधान योजना (ओटीएस) लागू होगी। इस योजना में सभी श्रेणी के विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं को अपने विलंबित भुगतान अधिकार में छूट मिलेगी।उक्त बातें एमडी शंभू कुमार विद्युत उपखंड 33/11 केंद्र सुरियावां पर गुरुवार को पत्रकारों से बातचीत के दौरान कहीं। उन्होंने कहा कि योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए जल्दी आए और एकमुश्त भुगतान कर अपने बकाया बिलों में ज्यादा छूट का लाभ उठाएं। उपभोक्ताओं के लिए ओटीएस तीन चरणों में लागू होगी। यह योजना 15 दिसंबर से 31 जनवरी तक कुल 47 दिनों तक लागू रहेगी। योजना का प्रथम चरण 15 से 31 दिसंबर तक कुल 16 दिन, दूसरा चरण 1 से 15 जनवरी तक कुल 15 दिन, तीसरा चरण 16 से 31 जनवरी तक कुल 16 दिन रहेगी। एमडी ने कहा कि योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए उपभोक्ताओं को पंजीकरण कराना अनिवार्य होगा। पंजीकरण के समय 30 सितंबर तक के विद्युत बिलों के मूल बकाए का 30 प्रतिशत राशि जमा करना होगा। 30 सितंबर तक के बकाया विद्युत बिलों के सरचार्ज में छूट मिलेगी। उपभोक्ताओं को एकमुश्त के साथ किस्तों में भी भुगतान का विकल्प मिलेगा। उपभोक्ताओं को 31 दिसंबर तक योजना के प्रथम चरण में अपने विलंबित बिलों का एकमुश्त भुगतान करने पर उनके सरचार्ज में सर्वाधिक छूट मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि एक किलोवाट भार तक के घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को योजना के प्रथम चरण में विलंबित बिलों के एकमुश्त भुगतान करने पर उनके सरचार्ज में शतप्रतिशत छूट का लाभ मिलेगा। किसानों को उनके निजी नलकूप में 31 मार्च 2023 तक के उनके बकाए विद्युत बिलों के विलंबित भुगतान अधिभार में छूट का लाभ लेने के लिए 7 मार्च 2024 से पंजीकरण कराए जा रहे हैं। जिन्हें अभी इस छूट का लाभ मिलता रहेगा। सभी प्रकार के उपभोक्ता अपने नजदीकी विभागीय खंड, उपखंड कार्यालय, कैश काउंटर, जनसेवा केंद्र के माध्यम से या विभागीय वेबसाइट पर लॉगिन कर योजना के लिए पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं।इस मौके पर अधीक्षण अभियंता राधेश्याम, पूर्व विधायक रविंद्र नाथ त्रिपाठी, नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष विनय चौरसिया, अधिशासी अभियंता राम भुवन शर्मा, उपखंड अधिकारी राजेश जायसवाल, अवर अभियंता अभिषेक प्रजापति, अधिशासी अधिकारी सुजीत कुमार सहित काफी संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहें।
