Route change of Kaifiyat Express from 1st January, January before ticket booking

Azamgarh: Indian Railways has made many important changes in the new year including timetable, number, stop of trains. New timetable of trains has been released. The timing of the trains has been changed from five minutes to one hour. Varanasi Railway Public Information Officer Ashok Kumar said that the timing of Kaifiat Express 12225 from Azamgarh to Delhi will be changed from the new year. According to the new timetable, Kaifiyat Express will now depart from Azamgarh at 4.30 pm instead of 4.25 pm. Similarly, Chhapra LTT Express 11060 going to Mumbai from Chhapra to Azamgarh will arrive at Bhatni station at 7.30 instead of 7.35 and will open at 7.40 instead of 8. The change in time at Bhatni station will also affect Azamgarh. Similarly, timings of Marudhar Express 14863 and 14865 running from Banaras City have also been changed. It will open at 4.25 pm instead of 5.55 pm. At the same time, 14853 will leave at 4.25 pm instead of 4.50 pm. Passengers whose tickets are after December 31 may face problems due to the change in the timings of their trains. Indian Railways has changed the numbering of unreserved passenger, special, MEMU, DEMU and other special trains with 0 (zero) number from January 1, 2025 and will run as before with the new number.
