The order of the Delhi government said that under Section 5 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, the manufacture of all types of firecrackers in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, A permanent ban on storage, sale and bursting of firecrackers has been directed. The order said, “Delhi suffers from severe air pollution and particulate matter concentrations especially during the winter season. (PM 2.5 and PM 10) levels exceed the prescribed standards for air quality. The entire Union Territory of Delhi has been declared an Air Pollution Control Area under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act. , 1981 which is now under sub-section (1) of Section 19. The Delhi government has imposed a complete ban on the sale and bursting of all types of firecrackers in the NCT area of ​​Delhi from 2020 under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Complete ban on manufacture, storage, sale (including distribution through online marketing platforms) and bursting of all types of firecrackers in the National Capital Region of Delhi during the coming years keeping in mind the past experience of The scope of instructions to apply has been extended. नई दिल्ली,, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली में साल भर के लिए पटाखों पर बैन लगा दिया गया है। दिल्ली सरकार ने इस संबंध में एक आदेश जारी किया है। दिल्ली सरकार के आदेश के मुताबिक, दिल्ली में अब पूरे साल पटाखों की बिक्री, भंडारण और इस्तेमाल पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा। कहने का मतलब है कि दिल्ली के लोग अगले साल यानी 2025 में पूरे सालभर पटाखे नहीं फोड़ पाएंगे। 2025 में पूरे साल दिल्ली में पटाखे फोड़ने पर बैन लगाया गया है।इससे पहले गुरुवार सुबह प्रदूषण के मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई थी। सुनवाई के दौरान दिल्ली सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को पटाखों पर बैन की जानकारी दी थी।दिल्ली सरकार के आदेश में कहा गया है कि पर्यावरण (संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 1986 की धारा 5 के तहत राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में सभी प्रकार के पटाखों के विनिर्माण, भंडारण, बिक्री तथा पटाखे फोड़ने पर स्थायी प्रतिबंध लगाने का निर्देश दिया गया है।आदेश में कहा गया, “दिल्ली में विशेष रूप से सर्दियों के मौसम में गंभीर वायु प्रदूषण होता है तथा पार्टिकुलेट मैटर सांद्रता (पीएम 2.5 और पीएम 10) जैसे प्रदूषकों का स्तर वायु गुणवत्ता के लिए निर्धारित मानकों से कहीं अधिक है। दिल्ली के पूरे केंद्र शासित प्रदेश को वायु प्रदूषण नियंत्रण क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित किया गया है, जो वायु (प्रदूषण निवारण और नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1981 की धारा 19 के उप-खंड (1) के तहत आता है।”इसमें कहा गया कि स्थिति के मद्देनजर पटाखों के जलने से त्योहारी मौसम में वायु प्रदूषण में वृद्धि होती है। दिल्ली सरकार ने वायु (प्रदूषण निवारण और नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1981 के तहत 2020 से दिल्ली के एनसीटी क्षेत्र में सभी प्रकार की आतिशबाजियों की बिक्री और फोड़ने पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगा रखा है।जबकि, अक्टूबर से जनवरी के महीनों के दौरान वायु गुणवत्ता में गिरावट के पिछले अनुभव को ध्यान में रखते हुए आगामी वर्षों के दौरान दिल्ली के राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में सभी प्रकार के पटाखों के विनिर्माण, भंडारण, बिक्री (ऑनलाइन विपणन प्लेटफार्मों के माध्यम से वितरण सहित) और फोड़ने पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगाने के लिए निर्देशों का दायरा बढ़ा दिया गया है। 1 जनवरी 2025 से दिल्ली क्षेत्र में सभी प्रकार के पटाखों के विनिर्माण, भंडारण, बिक्री और फोड़ने पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध रहेगा।
