आजमगढ़:चोरी करने वाले 03 अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार 02 बालअपचारी पुलिस अभिरक्षा में
Azamgarh: According to Kandharapur Police, on 28 November, the applicant Anshu Singh Visen son of Shri Vijaynarayan Singh of village Kamhenpur, district Azamgarh came to the police station and gave a written complaint that on 27 November at 9.45 pm, while coming from invitation near village Kamhenpur on NH 233 highway, about 5 pieces of tree septic mesh were being stolen and loaded by four persons on pickup vehicle number UP 53 JT 5995. When we raised an alarm, the above four persons ran away with the mesh. In relation to which, FIR No. 329/24 Section 303(2) BNS vs UP53JT5995 pickup vehicle and 04 persons whose name and address are unknown was registered at Kandharapur police station. In this regard, on 29th November, U.N. Varunesh Kumar Mishra along with his companions were patrolling the police station area for checking at night. As soon as they proceeded from Sehda underpass towards Bhanwarnath, they reached about 50 meters ahead of the forest department gate and saw that the iron mesh installed by the forest department for the protection of plants on the divider of the main road was being uprooted by a vehicle parked on the side of the road, a pickup hopper (vehicle number UP 53 JT 5995) on which some iron mesh was already loaded. Some people nearby were trying to uproot the iron mesh installed in the middle of the road from where the accused 1. Suraj Yadav son of Motilal Yadav resident of Padainia, police station Golbazar, district Gorakhpur, age about 19 years 2. Babulal Yadav son of Lalman Yadav resident of Kohra Buzurg, police station Golbazar, district Gorakhpur, age about 23 years 3. Mohammad Islam son of Mohammad Rafiq resident of Parsa Amilavan, police station Golbazar, district Gorakhpur, age about 23 years 4. 02 juvenile delinquents The police took them into custody at around 23.45 on 23.05. The arrested accused were challaned to the honourable court.

आजमगढ़:कंधरापुर पुलिस के अनुसार 28 नवंबर को आवेदक अंशू सिंह विसेन पुत्र श्री विजयनरायन सिंह ग्राम कम्हेनपुर जनपद आजमगढ द्वारा थाने पर आकर लिखित तहरीर दिया गया कि दिनांक 27 नवंबर को रात्रि 9.45 बजे NH 233 हाईवे पर ग्राम कम्हेनपुर के पास निमत्रंण से आते समय गाडी संख्या UP 53 JT 5995 पिकअप पर लगभग 5 पीस पेड़ की सेप्टी जाली को चार व्यक्तियों द्वारा चोरी करके लादा जा रहा था हमारे शोर गुल करने पर उपरोक्त चारों व्यक्ति जाली लेकर भाग गये जिसके सम्बन्ध में थाना कन्धरापुर पर मु0अ0सं0 329/24 धारा 303(2) बी.एन.एस. बनाम UP53JT5995 पिकअप गाड़ी व 04 व्यक्ति नाम पता अज्ञात के विरूद्ध पंजीकृत किया गया।इसी संबंध मे 29 नवंबर को उ0नि0 वरूणेश कुमार मिश्र मय हमराह के साथ रात्रि में चेकिंग के लिए थाना क्षेत्र मे गस्त कर रहे थे कि जैसे ही सेहदा अन्डरपास से भंवरनाथ की तरफ आगे बढ़े वन विभाग गेट से करीब 50 मीटर आगे पहुंचे तो देखा कि मुख्य सड़क के डिवाइडर पर लगी हुई पौधो की सुरक्षार्थ लोहे की जाली जो वन विभाग द्वारा लगायी गयी है को रोड के किनारे खड़ी वाहन पिकअप हाप डाला वाहन सख्यां UP 53 JT 5995 जिस पर पहले से कुछ लोहे की जाली लदी हुई है वहीं पास मे कुछ लोग रोड के मध्य लगी हुई लोहे की जालियों को उखाड़ने की फिराक में थे जहाँ से अभियुक्तों 1. सूरज यादव पुत्र मोतीलाल यादव निवासी पड़ईनिया थाना गोलाबाजार जनपद गोरखपुर उम्र करीब 19 वर्ष 2. बाबूलाल यादव पुत्र लालमन यादव निवासी कोहरा बुजुर्ग थाना गोलाबाजार जनपद गोरखपुर उम्र करीब 23 वर्ष 3. मोहम्मद इस्लाम पुत्र मोहम्मद रफीक निवासी परसा अमिलावां थाना गोलबाजार जिला गोरखपुर उम्र करीब 23 वर्ष 4. 02 बाल अपचारी को समय करीब 23.45 पुलिस हिरासत में लिया। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों का चालान माननीय न्यायालय किया गया।
