अनुपस्थित कर्मियों पर भिवंडी मनपा प्रशासक ने किया बर्खास्त
Bhiwandi - Manoj Kaluram Khare, a sanitation worker in Bhiwandi City Nizampur Municipal Corporation Class-4 cadre, has been dismissed from service for remaining absent for a long time without informing. Khare violated Rule 3 of the Maharashtra Civil Services Rules, 1979 (Conduct) by remaining unauthorisedly absent from duty from 30 November 2019 without prior permission or approval of senior officials and without informing. The allegations levelled against him were proved during the departmental inquiry. Taking action on this, the Administrator and Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation, Ajay Vaidya, issued an order to dismiss Khare from service on 29 November 2024 under Section 56 (2) (h) of the Maharashtra Provincial Municipal Corporation Act, 1949. The Administrator and Commissioner said that the purpose of this action is to establish discipline in the Municipal Corporation. He also clarified that such action will continue in future also against those employees who remain unauthorisedly absent from duty. This step is being considered an important effort towards improving discipline and functioning in the Bhiwandi-Nizampur Municipal Corporation.

भिवंडी – भिवंडी शहर निजामपुर महानगर पालिका वर्ग-४ संवर्ग में सफाई कर्मी मनोज कालुराम खरे को सुचित ना करते हुए लंबे समय तक अनुपस्थित रहने के कारण सेवा से बर्खास्त कर दिया गया है। खरे ने ३० नवंबर २०१९ से बिना पूर्व अनुमति अथवा वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की मंजूरी व सुचित ना करते हुए अनाधिकृत रूप से ड्यूटी से अनुपस्थित रहकर महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा नियम, १९७९ (आचरण) के नियम ३ का उल्लंघन किया।
विभागीय जांच के दौरान उनके खिलाफ लगाए गए आरोप सिद्ध हुए। इस पर कार्रवाई करते हुए महानगर पालिका के प्रशासक एवं आयुक्त अजय वैद्य ने महाराष्ट्र प्रांतीय महानगर पालिका अधिनियम,१९४९ की धारा ५६(२)(ह) के तहत खरे को २९ नवंबर २०२४ को सेवा से बर्खास्त करने का आदेश जारी किया.प्रशासक एवं आयुक्त ने कहा कि इस कार्रवाई का उद्देश्य महानगर पालिका में अनुशासन स्थापित करना है। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि इस प्रकार की कार्रवाई भविष्य में भी उन कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ जारी रहेगी जो अनधिकृत रूप से ड्यूटी से अनुपस्थित रहते हैं। यह कदम भिवंडी-निजामपुर महानगर पालिका के कामकाज में अनुशासन और कार्यप्रणाली को दुरुस्त करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास माना जा रहा है।
