हेमंत सोरेन ने पेश किया सरकार बनाने का दावा, 28 को लेंगे शपथ

After this, he along with the leaders of the alliance reached the Raj Bhavan and met Governor Santosh Gangwar, resigned from the post of Chief Minister and submitted a claim to form a new government. The Governor accepted his resignation and entrusted him with the duty of acting as the acting Chief Minister till the formation of the new government. It is expected that he will take oath as the new CM on November 28. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at Morabadi Maidan in Ranchi. Before this, a meeting of legislators and leaders of the four alliance parties JMM, Congress, RJD and CPI(M) was held at the Chief Minister's residence on Kanke Road. It discussed the outline of the new government and the date and place of the swearing-in ceremony and the invitation of guests on the occasion. Hemant Soren congratulated all the newly elected MLAs. He said that this state is the victory of each and every worker of the alliance with the people. Hemant Soren will be the first leader to take oath as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand for the fourth time. Before this, he took oath as the Chief Minister for the first time on 13 July 2013 in the JMM, Congress, RJD coalition government. The tenure of this government was till 23 December 2014. He was sworn in for the second time on 29 December 2019 and resigned on 31 January 2024 after being arrested by the Enforcement Directorate. He was sworn in as Chief Minister for the third time on 4 July 2024 after being released on bail. Before Hemant Soren, his father Shibu Soren and BJP's Arjun Munda have taken the oath of office three times each. The alliance has won 56 seats in the 81-member assembly elections in Jharkhand. JMU has won 34 seats, Congress 16, RJD four and CPI (Malay) two. For the first time in the state, a government is going to be formed with a two-thirds majority.
रांची:। झारखंड में ‘इंडिया’ ब्लॉक के नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों ने रविवार को एक बार फिर झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा के प्रमुख हेमंत सोरेन को नेता चुन लिया है। इसके बाद उन्होंने गठबंधन के नेताओं के साथ राजभवन पहुंचकर राज्यपाल संतोष गंगवार से मुलाकात कर मुख्यमंत्री पद से इस्तीफा दिया और नई सरकार बनाने के लिए दावा पेश किया। राज्यपाल ने उनका इस्तीफा स्वीकार करते हुए नई सरकार के गठन तक कार्यवाहक मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में काम करने का दायित्व सौंपा है।हेमंत सोरेन ने राज्यपाल को ‘इंडिया’ ब्लॉक के नवनिर्वाचित 56 विधायकों की सूची सौंपी। संभावना जताई जा रही है कि वह नए सीएम के रूप में 28 नवंबर को शपथ लेंगे। शपथ ग्रहण समारोह रांची के मोरहाबादी मैदान में आयोजित किया जाएगा।इसके पहले कांके रोड स्थित मुख्यमंत्री आवास पर गठबंधन के चार दलों झामुमो, कांग्रेस, राजद और भाकपा (माले) के विधायकों और नेताओं की बैठक हुई। इसमें नई सरकार की रूपरेखा और शपथ ग्रहण समारोह की तारीख, स्थान और इस मौके पर अतिथियों के निमंत्रण आदि पर विचार-विमर्श हुआ। हेमंत सोरेन ने सभी नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों को बधाई दी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह राज्य की जनता के साथ-साथ गठबंधन के एक-एक कार्यकर्ता की जीत है।हेमंत सोरेन चौथी बार झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में शपथ लेने वाले पहले नेता होंगे। इसके पहले उन्होंने पहली बार 13 जुलाई 2013 को झामुमो, कांग्रेस, राजद गठबंधन के सहयोग से बनी सरकार में मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली थी। इस सरकार का कार्यकाल 23 दिसम्बर 2014 तक था। दूसरी बार उन्होंने 29 दिसम्बर 2019 में शपथ ली थी और 31 जनवरी 2024 को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय द्वारा गिरफ्तार किए जाने के बाद इस्तीफा दे दिया था। जमानत पर बाहर आने के बाद 4 जुलाई 2024 को उन्होंने तीसरी बार मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली थी। हेमंत सोरेन के पहले उनके पिता शिबू सोरेन और भाजपा के अर्जुन मुंडा तीन-तीन बार सीएम पद की शपथ ले चुके हैं।झारखंड में 81 सदस्यीय विधानसभा चुनाव में गठबंधन को 56 सीटें हासिल हुई हैं। झामुमो को 34, कांग्रेस को 16, राजद को चार और भाकपा (माले) को दो सीटों पर जीत मिली है। राज्य में पहली बार दो-तिहाई बहुमत के साथ कोई सरकार बनने जा रही है,
