चुनाव ईमानदारी से हुए तो सभी सीटों पर भाजपा की हार होगी : इमरान मसूद
Saharanpur: Congress MP from UP's Saharanpur seat Imran Masood expressed his reaction on several important issues on Friday. He expressed his unbiased opinion on many issues including the by-elections in UP, Waqf Research Bill, Sanatan Board. Regarding the by-elections to be held in 9 seats of UP, Imran Masood said that if the elections are held honestly and the police does not interfere in the voting process. If not done, then BJP will have to face defeat on all the seats. Imran Masood attacked the BJP government on the issue of Waqf Board. He said that the bill that has been introduced related to the Waqf Board is completely unconstitutional. Imran Masood cited the clauses of the constitution and said that these clauses give freedom to citizens to perform religious activities, run educational institutions and manage property. This bill brought to the Waqf Board is against these constitutional provisions and it cannot be accepted under any circumstances. When asked about the demand for the formation of the Sanatan Board, he said that it is a new and unfair demand. If the Sanatan Board is formed, will it also consolidate and manage the places or properties like Tirupati Temple, Badrinath Temple? Is this the intention? He warned that if this law is implemented, it will lead to a situation similar to the Waqf Board, in which the management of religious properties may come under government control.
सहारनपुर: यूपी के सहारनपुर सीट से कांग्रेस सांसद इमरान मसूद ने शुक्रवार को कई अहम मुद्दों पर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया जाहिर की। उन्होंने यूपी में होने वाले उपचुनाव, वक्फ संशोधन बिल, सनातन बोर्ड समेत कई मुद्दों पर बेबाकी से राय रखी।यूपी की 9 सीटों पर होने वाले उपचुनाव को लेकर इमरान मसूद ने कहा कि अगर चुनाव ईमानदारी से हुए और पुलिस ने वोटिंग प्रक्रिया में कोई हस्तक्षेप नहीं किया, तो भाजपा को सभी सीटों पर हार का सामना करना पड़ेगा।वक्फ बोर्ड के मुद्दे पर इमरान मसूद ने भाजपा सरकार को आड़े हाथों लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि वक्फ बोर्ड से संबंधित जो बिल लाया गया है, वह पूरी तरह से गैर-संवैधानिक है। इमरान मसूद ने संविधान की धाराओं का हवाला देते हुए कहा कि ये धाराएं नागरिकों को धार्मिक कृत्य करने, शैक्षिक संस्थानों के संचालन और संपत्ति प्रबंधन की स्वतंत्रता देती हैं। वक्फ बोर्ड के लिए लाया गया यह बिल इन संवैधानिक धाराओं के खिलाफ है और इसे किसी भी हालत में स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।सनातन बोर्ड के गठन की मांग के बारे में पूछे जाने पर उन्होंने कहा कि यह एक नई और अनुचित मांग है। यदि सनातन बोर्ड बनेगा, तो क्या आप तिरुपति मंदिर, बद्रीनाथ मंदिर जैसे स्थानों की संपत्तियों को भी एकत्रित कर उसका प्रबंधन करेंगे? क्या यही इरादा है? उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि अगर यह कानून लागू हुआ, तो वक्फ बोर्ड जैसी स्थिति उत्पन्न हो जाएगी, जिसमें धार्मिक संपत्तियों का प्रबंधन सरकारी नियंत्रण में हो सकता है।इमरान मसूद ने वक्फ संपत्तियों के अधिकारों पर बात करते हुए कहा कि कर्नाटक में वक्फ बोर्ड की 1 लाख 12 हजार एकड़ जमीन पर कब्जा करने के मामले सामने आए हैं। यदि इस कानून को लागू किया गया, तो मुस्लिम समुदाय की प्राचीन मस्जिदों और कब्रिस्तानों की जमीनें छीन सकती हैं। जब इन संपत्तियों की रजिस्ट्री नहीं थी, तो अब उनका कैसे हिसाब-किताब किया जाएगा?कश्मीर के मुद्दे पर सवाल किए जाने पर इमरान मसूद ने जम्मू-कश्मीर के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला के बयान पर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया दी। उमर अब्दुल्ला ने हाल ही में कहा था कि सिंधु जल संधि के कारण जम्मू कश्मीर को नुकसान हुआ है। इस पर इमरान मसूद ने कहा कि उन्होंने कभी सिंधु जल संधि के बारे में ज्यादा जानकारी नहीं ली है और इस मुद्दे पर वे कोई टिप्पणी नहीं करना चाहते। वहीं, महबूबा मुफ्ती के बारे में पूछे जाने पर उन्होंने कहा कि महबूबा मुफ्ती के बारे में मैं कोई टिप्पणी नहीं करूंगा।
