Jaunpur news: डीएम के सामने जिंदा हो गया,मुर्दा साहब के पकड़ लिए पांव
उत्तर प्रदेश जौनपुर:आपने अभिनेता पंकज त्रिपाठी की मशहूर फिल्म कागज देखी होगी, जिसमें उन्हें कागजों में मृत घोषित कर दिया जाता है,इसके बाद पंकज त्रिपाठी खुद को जिंदा साबित करने की जद्दोजहद करते दिखाई देते हैं. ऐसा ही एक मामला उत्तर प्रदेश के जौनपुर से सामने आया है. यहां जिलाधिकारी जन चौपाल लगाकर शिकायतों का निस्तारण कर रहे थे. ठीक उसी वक्त महिमापुर गांव के दशरथ सोनकर वहां पहुंचे और डीएम साहब को बताने लगे कि वे अभी जिंदा हैं. दशरथ सोनकर की बात सुनकर हर कोई हैरत में पड़ गया. डीएम ने दशरथ से पूरा मामला सुना. दशरथ ने बताया कि उन्हें कागजों में मृत दिखाकर उनकी जमीन का फर्जी रूप से बैनामा करा दिया गया है. अब वह अपने आप को जिंदा साबित करने के लिए तहसील और थाने का चक्कर काट रहे हैं, लेकिन उन्हें न्याय नहीं मिल रहा है. दशरथ सोनकर की शिकायत पर डिस्ट्रिक्ट कलेक्टर ने इस मामले में जांच के आदेश दिए हैं.Jaunpur: You may have seen actor Pankaj Tripathi’s famous film Kagaz, in which he is declared dead in the papers, after which Pankaj Tripathi is seen trying to prove himself alive. Now he is going around tehsils and police stations to prove himself alive, but he is not getting justice. The district collector has ordered an inquiry into the matter on the complaint of Dasharath Sonkar.

दौरान दशरथ ने बताया कि उन्होंने साल 1987 में लालपुर गांव में जमीन का बैनामा कराया था. बीते कुछ महीने पहले दशरथ ने गांव के एक व्यक्ति की जमानत कराने के लिए जमीन संबंधी कागजात वकील को दिए. इस पर वकील ने उन्हें बताया कि वह कागजों में मृत घोषित हो चुके हैं. यह सुनकर उनके पांव तले जमीन खिसक गई. दशरथ ने जांच पड़ताल कराई तो पता चला कि मृत घोषित कर उनकी जमीन का फर्जी बैनामा करा दिया गया है. अब न्याय की गुहार लगाते हुए दशरथ तहसील और थानों के चक्कर काट रहे हैं, लेकिन न तो तहसील और न ही थाने से उन्हें कोई मदद मिल रही है,इसी बीच दशरथ को सूचना मिली कि लालपुर गांव में जिलाधिकारी जन चौपाल लगाकर ग्रामीणों की शिकायत का निस्तारण कर रहे हैं. इसके बाद वे भी अपने कागजात लेकर जन चौपाल पहुंच गए. यहां उन्होंने डीएम को अपनी आपबीती सुनाई. डीएम ने मौके पर मौजूद केराकत एसडीम नेहा मिश्रा को मामले की जांच कर विधिक कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया.During the meeting, Dasharath said that he had done a land deed in Lalpur village in 1987. After that, he also went to Jan Chowpal with his papers. He told his story to the DM. The DM directed Kerakat SDM Neha Mishra to investigate the matter and take legal action.
